Bohri Specialities & Experiential Dining
By TBK
The Bohri community, originating from Yemen, arrived in India centuries ago, entering through Gujarat. They blended local Gujarati flavours with Yemeni spices, creating a unique fusion. Persian traders, who also settled in Gujarat, introduced new cooking techniques and ingredients, which the Bohri people embraced. This mix of Yemeni, Persian, and Indian influences formed a distinct culinary tradition. As the Bohri community spread across India and beyond, they shared their rich food culture with the world. Today, Bohri cuisine reflects their journey, blending flavours from different lands into something truly special.

Looks Who’s Talking About TBK
TBK just *levelled up*. We are returning from a TBK Dining Experience at Aditya Chopra/ Raani Mukherjees house, for her birthday. 7 course veg and non veg menus. Total of 13 dishes.
All thanks to Mom and Dad’s efforts, the food was so damn good, they even found my hosting skills commendable.
The One When She Feaured on Ranveer Brar’s #maakibaat and revealed the recipe that is close to our Chief Eating Officer’s heart.
Kaju chicken – boneless chicken in a thick cashew gravy, garnished with eggs slices and coriander.
Feeling absolutely inspired after attending Hritik Roshan’s incredible house party. The ambiance, the energy, and of course, the amazing catering experience were all simply unforgettable! he also reminded us of the importance of staying focused on our goals. Surrounded by like-minded individuals and motivated conversations, we felt an incredible determination to achieve greatness!
Feeling grateful for the chance to be a part of this unforgettable evening and eager to channel the inspiration into reaching our own goals!
This blew my mind. I’m sitting with @avez_shaikh_in (who’s joined us to lead sales & marketing for The Bohri Kitchen) and we’re figuring out what’s the best way to restart TBKs social media engine. For inspiration (& maybe recycling some content) we downloaded all of our posts from the last 9 years and sorted it by likes.
This post was at the top. I didn’t even realise we had any post which passed 1k likes, let alone 7k!
God bless you Rishi uncle. You continue to bless us even from the after life.
Thank you @punitdmalhotra for this heartfelt testimonial, we’re glad to have been part of your special day!
